Establishment of a proper program in the Western Province to clean coastal areas and canals that accumulate sewage to the sea

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed recently to make this a more formal implementation of the Western Province Coastal Cleaning and Sewage Pollution Regulatory Program.
